Respect
Today one of my fourth grade clients opened the door for me. I felt very respected and proud of him. The principal also told me thank you for my work (for the first time). Of course, this thank you was after a HUGE misunderstanding and a "problematic interaction" that happened last week. Nevertheless, these are the things I appreciate about today.

I'm telling you, girl....in our business you have to relish the little moments because so many people have no clue what we go through and deal with on a daily basis. I'm glad your "interaction" ended well, at least! That's why I think it is so vital that we support each other because sometimes WE are all we have!
